It’s amazing what starts to happen when you start focusing on taking care of yourself. Slowly but surely you stop taking yourself for granted. You start realizing how funny, spunky, vibrant, strong, and smart you are.

You become proud of yourself again and showing up for yourself starts to feel so freaking good that you keep showing up.

Next thing you know you’re showing up for yourself in your nutrtion, fitness, school, career and for your family too!
