Return/Exchange Policy

BeBOLD will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 5 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

Shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on          Be BOLD's  part. 

• Please submit your return & exchange request to BeBOLDchic@gmail.com. If defective please up load picture of item. We will provide you the shipping address for your return.
• Once the return is received, a member from the BeBOLD team will email you to confirm receipt of the item.
• After inspection for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow BeBOLD 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process the return.
• If as refund is due you should see the refund within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
